Send or Receive a Single Fax.

Single Fax is a simple online fax service. You upload a file (whether it's a PDF, Word Document or an image), enter a fax number and click send. We convert your file into a fax and send it to the recipient's fax machine. You'll receive a confirmation email once your fax has been successfully sent.

We're using a SHA-256 bit SSL certificate to secure your connection to Single Fax. All your details, including your uploaded files are sent over an encrypted connection. Your faxes are stored encrypted in your account so you can access them anytime from your dashboard. You can delete your faxes permanently at any time.

While some fax services are free, they often come with a catch. They may sell your data, serve you ads or add their brand as a cover page to your fax. Single Fax does not do any of these things. We don't take any outside funding and are independently owned. We charge a small fee to cover our costs and keep the service running. You're also supporting an independent developer.

Single Fax does not have access to your payment information at all. Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment processor that is used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment is sent directly to Stripe and we never see your credit card information.

Yes! We support large documents with no hard page limit. If you have a particularly massive document (100+ pages), send us an email at [email protected] just to be safe.

Please double check the fax number before sending. Unfortunately, once a fax is sent, it cannot be recalled. The recipient will have received the fax, and it may be too late to correct the mistake. We can't offer a refund for a wrongly sent fax.

We'll retry sending the fax for up to 3 times, once per day. Please check your email inbox for error messages and notify the recipient to check their fax machine. If the fax is still not sent, we won't be able to refund the cost of the fax.

Sending faxes, even if the recipient's fax machine is turned off or not working, is a costly operation. For this reason, we are not able to offer refunds for any reason.
